What Information Do You Gather About Me?

We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation, we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order which may include, but not be limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title, credit card number, expiration date and storage unit number. We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. We may use your email address to inform you about current offers or events. We will never share, sell or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes. We also collect your mobile telephone number and send you voice and/or text messages. You agree to give us permission to send voice and text messages that may incur charges.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Low Cost Storage does not sell information to unrelated third parties. Low Cost Storage does send your contact and order information to the facility that you selected for purposes of satisfying your payment or reservation, and to our home office.

Changes to This Online Privacy Policy

Low Cost Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Low Cost Storage recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. Your continued use of the web site following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.

Refund Policy

All rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit/space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period(s) for which you have paid, included prepaid rent. Low Cost Storage does not prorate rent. Customers rent storage unit(s)/spaces(s) on a monthly basis. Some spaces and uses require long term contracts. The rental period begins on the day the lease is confirmed and activated, or date otherwise agreed on, and it continues up to the anniversary date following month.

SPACE SIZE APPROXIMATE: Space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. Spaces may be smaller than indicated in advertising or other size indicators. No expressed or implied warranties are given by Owner, Owner's agents or employees as to the suitability of the storage space for Occupant's intended use. Owner disclaims and Occupant waives any implied warranties of suitability or fitness for a particular use.

Pricing and promotions are subject to change. Promotions are offered only on selected units subject to availability and for new customers only. Other restrictions, taxes, and fees, including an administrative fee and insurance, may apply. See contract for full details. Not available on transfers or additional spaces. Reservation required to guarantee price. Online pricing available only for online reservations and rentals.

A one-time, non-refundable, $25 admin fee is charged upon signing your lease agreement. This fee covers the costs associated with processing your application, setting up your account and access credentials, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

All renters are required to provide their own insurance, for the belongings that are stored. The site also offers a protection plan option. (The Value Protection Plan is NOT an insurance policy, and the Owner is not an insurance company)
